Comments This weekend’s trip was our eighth trip using Richmond Coaches since August 2009. Every single one of our members who have travelled to Manchester with Richmond Coaches so far this season, have said how impressed they have been with the company from the immaculate appearance of the coach (inside and out), to the comfort onboard, to the most courteous and highly professional drivers to the excellent overall standard of service you are guaranteed each and every time you book one of Richmond Coach’s coaches. I can’t speak highly enough of this extremely friendly and well-run family business and would have, and have had, no hesitation whatsoever in recommending it to any Group who needs a coach regardless of their reason for travel. We enjoy an excellent close and open working relationship with Richmond Coaches. Keep up the superb standard of service and thanks for always looking after coach requirements.

Comments I would like to pass on my compliments to the driver of the coach on the visit yesterday to the Mournes with students from Lisburn College (SERC). [Driver] was extremely helpful, courteous and kind. A true professional and a fine ambassador for your organisation.

The Hotel staff were very friendly and the meals were great…Our driver was excellent in making all our arrangements…We’ve told all our family and friends so hopefully there’ll be plenty of bookings!

Comments On behalf of all in our party I would like to thank Richmond coaches for the excellent service provided...for our visit...It went like clockwork and despite the tight deadlines [the driver] was able to get us to our destination and back to the airport on time. For many it was our first visit to northern Ireland and [the driver] pointed out your very impressive Stormont... as we drove by.
