Comments I have been working with Richmond Coaches for the past two years in conjunction with our American student summer group business and have
always found them to be one of the most professional coach operators I have worked with. For the 2010 season, we introduced an online supplier audit system for our tour managers and Richmond consistently scored 5 out of 5 for both vehicles and driver. Moreover when an average of this audit was taken at the end of the season, Richmond Coaches scored higher than any of the other 25 European coach operators we had utilised.

for me for over 3 years. Founded in the early nineties, they take great
pride in providing their customers with a friendly personal service.
They have considerable experience in the industry. Their drivers are fully qualified and have been a contributory factor in their success, as will be seen when you board any one of their coaches. They have a friendly courteous manner and this coupled with a uniform appearance completes the professionalism of the company.
Whatever your requirements, they are sure to offer you a comfortable and efficient service. Their vehicles are nearly all new and of a very high specification with excellent passenger comfort in mind.
All the drivers are tour drivers and can be confidently be left to look after groups, without the assistance of a tour manager.

I was one of the unfortunates aboard the bmi flight from Heathrow this afternoon who were expecting to land in Dublin, but ended up diverted to Belfast International because of high winds.
I was late out of the baggage hall at Aldergrove, so by the time I reached the first (and very snazzy-looking) Richmond coach, it was pretty full. I reckoned I'd get a better seat on the second one, and did, right behind the driver.
Let me just say what a pleasure it was to be driven by that gentleman, who epitomised the term "professional". Of course, we arrived at Dublin airport a little behind the first coach (that I'd chosen not to board), but not by much. The two drivers exchanged salutes at the roundabout just outside the airport, as our coach arrived and the other departed!
I'm originally from Belfast, though I've been living away for almost thirty years. I thought the way the whole thing was handled today was impeccable, and your people and your coaches - clean and flawlessly presented (yes, the drivers too!) - were a key part of that. To come out and find the transport already waiting, not much more than an hour after our unscheduled touchdown, was most impressive. In my home place and at what was, once upon a time, my home airport. I felt very proud.
